Before placing an order
How do I know if a product is available?
All products on yoryushop.com are available you will see "V Available in stock" above the price of the product. If there is not this wording, it is a product arriving in 3/5 days and is bookable.
On the product page below select "Product Details" and you will also see the quantity available in stock.
After the purchase, how long will I receive my order?
For products available in stock, delivery takes place in 24/48 hours according to the shipping area in Italy and 3/7 days abroad according to the country. There may be delays due to couriers. For products made to order, delivery times depend on arrivals and you can contact us.
To choose the correct size?
On the product page there is the size guide. This guide is made by the manufacturer and is a reference. Not all products have the size guide.
After placing an order
When will i receive the shipping tracking?
You will receive the email and you can consult in your account when we have processed the shipment. Viewable online on the courier's website from the evening when the courier has processed the shipment. At the time of our delivery to the courier the status will be "DELIVERED"
If I want to change products or shipping information in my order.
Contact us to change this information before processing your shipment. If your order is shipped, no more changes can be made.
I have to change the size of the product received, what can I do?
Visit the Product Returns section
I am not satisfied with the product received and would like to return it, what can I do?
Visit the Product Returns section and as soon as we receive the item we will make a refund excluding shipping costs. If you have registered your order on Paypal the expenses will be reimbursed by them.
I have received a defective product, what can I do?
Contact us and explain the problem. We will be happy to assist you.
I would like to receive an invoice for my purchase.
The request must be made at the time of the order in the notes as indicated in the cart. If the request is not received, we will issue a tax receipt and an invoice cannot be issued.
